I'm Pranto Goswamee, an AI researcher and the Founder & CEO of CortexMinds. I build AI systems for businesses that can't afford them to fail: the phone that goes unanswered, the lead nobody follows up, the question a customer asks at 11pm.
Most AI projects fail for one reason. They're built to look good in a demo, not to hold up on a busy Tuesday. My research is about exactly that: why AI systems give wrong answers, and how to test for it. I bring that into every build, testing your system against real questions and edge cases before it goes live.
That's why we work the way we do. Before we build, we agree one measurable target in writing, such as calls answered, leads captured or hours saved. You pay the final 20% only after your system hits it. If it doesn't, we keep improving it at no extra cost.
You work with me directly. I take on a small number of clients at a time, so every system gets full attention, from the first audit through the 30-day proof period and beyond.
My goal is simple: give small and mid-sized US businesses AI that is dependable, measurable and worth what it costs.
